The process of conducting a professional TSCM Inspection is very extensive. Before any job is accepted it is the policy of ESD to conduct a pre-inspection threat assessment to determine what level of threat exists. This threat assessment is based on information detailed in our pre-inspection threat assessment forms both Residential and Commercial (see below).
Any information provided is collected via an SSL encrypted session and sent encrypted to ESD. The information is treated as highly confidential and will not be distributed to any third party.
